Delivery FAQs

Helpful information about ReLeaf delivery availability, service area, payment, patient verification and delivery updates.

Delivery is available Monday through Friday.

Delivery spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because routes can fill up quickly, we strongly recommend placing a pre-order to help secure a spot for the next delivery day.

We deliver within a 40-mile radius of ReLeaf Center, including: Bella Vista, Bentonville, Centerton, Pea Ridge, Rogers, Springdale, Lowell, Cave Springs, Fayetteville, Eureka Springs, Siloam Springs and surrounding areas.

There is no delivery fee and no minimum purchase required. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. We accept cash and debit.

Please note: Our debit terminal requires cellular service. If you live in an area with limited or no cell signal, we recommend having cash available.

You can place an order online or call us at 479-488-2054.

To improve your chances of receiving same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order as early in the day as possible.

Delivery may be temporarily turned off online when we reach capacity for the day. This can happen quickly during periods of high demand, especially in the morning.

When delivery is turned off, our team is processing confirmed orders and building the day’s route.

Orders placed after close are treated as pre-orders for the following delivery day. Pre-orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Our delivery service works more like a scheduled route, not on-demand delivery.

Each day, we build efficient routes based on confirmed orders. If your delivery is confirmed for that day, we will contact you with your total and an estimated delivery window, usually 30 minutes to 1 hour. We will also contact you again when your driver is on the way.

For patient privacy and staff safety, all delivery communication is handled directly with the cardholding patient.

Deliveries can only be made to the home address listed on the patient’s registered MMJ card. We cannot deliver to businesses, workplaces or public locations under any circumstances.

The cardholding patient must be present to accept the delivery. We are only authorized to deliver to the registered MMJ patient or their registered caregiver. The MMJ card must be presented at the time of delivery.
