Delivery Information Delivery is available on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity and high demand. We strongly recommend placing pre-orders to secure your spot for the next day. While we strive to accommodate everyone, routes can fill up quickly. How Do I Place an Order? You can place an order in either of the following ways: Online Place an order online Call Us 479-488-2054 Order Early To increase your chances of receiving same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order as early in the day as possible. Delivery Not Available Online At times, due to high early-morning demand, our delivery service may reach capacity quickly. When this happens, the online ordering system may be temporarily disabled while we process confirmed orders and build our route for the day. Please note: If delivery is temporarily turned off due to high demand, you may not be able to place a pre-order until the system reopens—typically around 11:30 AM, though this time can vary. • Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be treated as pre-orders for the following day. • Pre-orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. We appreciate your understanding as we work to serve as many patients as possible each day. Minimum Order There is no minimum purchase requirement for our delivery service. Delivery Fee There is no fee to use our delivery service. Delivery Radius We deliver within a 40-mile radius, including: • Bella Vista • Bentonville • Centerton • Pea Ridge • Rogers • Springdale • Lowell • Cave Springs • Fayetteville • Eureka Springs • Siloam Springs • Surrounding areas Delivery Days Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. Payment Payment is collected upon delivery. We accept both cash and debit. Please note: Our debit terminal requires cellular service. If you live in an area with limited or no cell signal, we recommend having cash on hand. How It Works Our delivery service operates more like FedEx, not like on-demand pizza delivery. We build efficient routes daily based on confirmed orders. If your delivery is confirmed for the day: • We’ll contact you with your total and an estimated delivery window, usually 30 minutes to 1 hour. • We’ll follow up again when your driver is en route. Communications For the safety and privacy of patients and staff, all delivery details are communicated directly with the cardholding patient. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure, reliable service. Delivery Location Deliveries can only be made to the home address listed on the registered MMJ card. We cannot deliver to businesses, workplaces, or public locations under any circumstances. Receiving Orders The cardholding patient must be present to accept the delivery. We are only authorized to deliver to either the registered MMJ patient or their registered caregiver. Presentation of the MMJ card is required at the time of delivery. Restrictions State law prohibits us from delivering to out-of-state patients. We can only deliver to an Arkansas residence. Confidentiality Your patient information is kept strictly confidential and is only shared with authorized personnel as required by Arkansas law.
