This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Shansky F. Song, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company d/b/a Releaf (“Company” or “Releaf”) collects, uses, protects and shares personal information of users of the mobile application (the “App”) and users of its website, www.releafcenternwa.com and the choices users have with respect to their personal information we manage. Through the App, Releaf provides a platform to allow users to track loyalty program points and view offers or promotions from Releaf (“Services”). By using the Service and accessing the App, you acknowledge that you accept the privacy policies and practices set forth herein. If you do not accept these policies and practices, then you should not use the Service.
This Privacy Policy applies to our Users. A User is a Person who accesses our App to view or manage loyalty program information and for whom we may collect, retain and process User Data, which includes personally identifiable information and other information as explained more fully in this policy.
WHAT WE COLLECT & HOW WE USE IT
We respect your information, and our goal is to collect as little user information as possible while still providing a quality service to you. We receive and store information about you in a range of ways and the information you provide to us varies depending on your purpose in interacting with our Services.
Most guests of our site or our App provide information in the following ways:
Information You Give Us. We collect information from you that help identify you, including your name, your email address, your phone number, and password. We also collect other information that assists us in providing a customized and personal user experience for you, such as your email notification settings and preferences, your device information, information about when you access the App.
We also collect the data you provide us, like information related to your qualifications to purchase and use medical marijuana and if you are over 21 years of age.
Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources. This information may include personally identifiable information, such as your name. We may add this information to information we get from our App.
Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your computer or device. For example, when visiting our App, we log IP address, date and time of access, location information, browser information, operating system information and information about your use of and actions on our App. While you use the Services, we also collect information related to how you interact with us, such as your path through our App. This information allows us to update our services and learn how we can better equip the App to serve you. Finally, we may receive information from you, like a confirmation, when you open emails from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and helps us improve communications.
Sensitive Information. Some consumer data laws require notification to users of the collection, use, or sale of sensitive information. We do not collect sensitive information as defined by these states’ laws and as a result, we do not use, share or sell sensitive information of our users.
Cookies. We may log information using "cookies." Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our App. This type of information is collected to make the App more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs. Cookies are useful in keeping you signed in to our App.
You may set your browser or device not to accept cookies. However, in a few cases, some of our website features may not function as a result.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell or trade your personal information with others. We may share personal information as follows with certain third parties to provide the Services to you or to comply with our obligations:

STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Your information collected through the App is processed in the country in which Releaf service providers maintain facilities. If you are based in the United States and use our App, you consent to have your data processed by Releaf in the United States. International clients have differing needs based on their country of origin and we provide custom storage and processing solutions to meet those requirements.
Releaf maintains strict administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect information processed via our servers. Access to information is limited (through user/password credentials and two factor authentication) to those employees who require it to perform their job functions. We use industry-standard technology, including but not limited to data encryption and physical access controls to safeguard the information we collect from you.
We maintain your information while you have an account with our App. When we no longer require your information for maintaining your account’s past data history, we will delete your information after three years. We will delete all of your personal data if you request us to do so by emailing us at info@releafcenternwa.com.
